Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Manager

1. Strategy Development & Project Planning

• Develop SEO strategies and execution plans for assigned clients.
• Conduct SEO audits (Technical, On-page, and Off-page) and propose optimization solutions.
• Perform keyword research and define content strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Create monthly/quarterly SEO roadmaps with clear KPIs and actionable tasks.

2. Project Execution & KPI Management

• Manage and lead the implementation of SEO campaigns across multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ensure committed KPIs are achieved (Rankings, Organic Traffic, Conversions).
• Monitor project progress and maintain high-quality execution.
• Analyze performance data and continuously optimize strategies.
• Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and the latest SEO trends.

3. Team Management

• Manage and supervise a team of SEO Executives, Seniors, and Interns.
• Assign tasks and track daily/weekly progress.
• Provide professional guidance and evaluate team performance.
• Support team training and capability development.

4. Reporting & Client Communication

• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports.
• Present SEO results and action plans to clients.
• Collaborate with other departments (Account, Content, ETC.) to ensure project effectiveness.

• 4–5 years of SEO experience, with at least 1–2 years in a similar leadership role.
• Proven experience managing SEO projects with clear performance KPIs.
• Strong knowledge of Technical SEO, On-page SEO, Off-page SEO, and Content SEO.
• Proficient in SEO tools: GA4, GSC, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Looker Studio.
• Good English communication skills.
• Agency experience is a plus.
