Mô tả công việc
- Troubleshooting any IT trouble (Server, Network, Client any hardware and software, etc.)
- Hardware (PC, Server, Network) installation and maintenance
- Basic managing and maintenance of Windows Server, AD, DHCP, DNS, and Backup
- Further details will be discussed in the interview.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Diploma in Computer Engineer, Computer Science, IT, or other related fields
- At least 1 year of experience working in a technical support role.
- Good interpersonal and service mind
- Good problem-solving and positive thinking
