Mô tả công việc
● Notify customers of delinquent accounts to solicit payment.
● Manage credit controlled accounts.
● Conduct financial reviews of existing customers.
● Sort and Batch accounts.
● Compute, classify and record numerical data to keep financial records complete.
● Contact collections agencies for uncollected checks and invoices.
● Update customer account information.
● May accept payments from customers for certain accounts.
● Receive and analyze credit applications.
● Confer with customers by telephone or in person to determine reason for overdue payment and
review terms of sales, service or credit contract.
● Receive payments from customers.
Yêu cầu công việc
● 0 – 2 years experience.
● Knowledge of credit, accounting or related procedures preferred.
● Understanding of applicable computer systems, such as Microsoft Office and function
specific software.
● Good at English (TOEIC: 600 or IELTS: 6.0)
● Good typing and data entry skills.
● Good math skills and analytical skills.
● Good customer service skills.
● Good organization skills.
