Accounting Manager (Trading, $2000, Id21404)

Our client is a foreign-invested company currently looking for an Accounting Manager (Trading, $2000, ID21404):

• Design, execute, and continually optimize the company’s internal accounting structure, chart of accounts, and fiscal workflows tailored for a new business entity.
• Supervise day-to-day transactional accounting, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, fixed asset tracking, and cash flow management.
• Take full ownership of maintaining a transparent, compliant, and unified single-book accounting system.
• Financial Reporting: Oversee the generation and timely delivery of monthly, quarterly, and fiscal year-end financial statements aligned with Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS).
• Execute and verify all statutory tax filings, including Corporate Income Tax (CIT), Value Added Tax (VAT), Personal Income Tax (PIT), and Foreign Contractor Tax (FCT) where relevant.
• Act as the primary liaison for governmental tax bureaus, external auditing firms, banking institutions, and other regulatory authorities.
• Assist regional leadership in compiling annual budgets and financial projections.
• Review actual business performance against financial plans, delivering analytical insights and strategic action items to stakeholders.

• Female; Under 37 years old.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a strictly related discipline.
• Possession of a valid Chief Accountant Certificate is mandatory.
• A minimum of 5-7 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably within commercial or trading business environments.
• Solid, practical experience in establishing accounting frameworks and policies for newly incorporated companies is highly valued.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
