Mô tả công việc

Reconcile revenue and issue invoices in compliance with regulations.
Experience in sales accounting on e-commerce platforms.
Process, verify, and record banking transactions in the ERP system, ensuring timely and accurate processing in compliance with company policies.
Resolve payment issues and provide prompt feedback on requests, questions, or complaints. Propose solutions and corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Review the accounts receivable, aging report and make sure no overdue/early payments without proper reasons.
Reconcile customer statements and correct discrepancies as necessary.
Management AR in software and make sure the balance is correct.
Ensure credit control is effective to ensure receivables are collected in a timely manner (AR).
Support in preparing budget and financial analysis.
Support for new shop opening.
Support on monthly closing and reconciling accounts.
Mainly responsible for banking-related work.
Any other tasks that are related to Finance as assigned by the superior from time to time or deemed necessary.

University graduated in Economics/ Accounting & Finance/ Banking.
Minimum 3 years of working experience, experience in retail industry will be an added advantage.
Highly value deadline compliance with a strong sense of responsibility and effective task management.
Good communication & negotiation skills.
Good command of computer & MS office.
Strong Excel skills in handling data and reconciling figures.
Able to work independently as well as willingly to support colleagues as a team.
Being able to work in details with time-consuming or minor tasks.
