Payable Accountant / Nhân Viên Kế Toán Thanh Toán (9-Month Contract)

Process payments: 

• Check the payment file prepared by Invoice Matching team 
• Check the payment request submitted by related departments.  
• Check necessary approval for payment 
• Ensure business requirements in contractual agreement/ expense request / purchase orders were properly delivered by suppliers before payment is processed 
• Ensure payments are made a) to right recipients, b) timely on due date 

Accounting: Record the payments to ensure proper records to appropriate accounts/ cost centers in accounting system  

Reports: 

• Prepare creditor reconciliation reports 
• Prepare payable aging reports, follow-up to resolve/ clear long-pending balances 
• Support line manager in preparing reports for Supplier risk management 

Handle suppliers’ enquiries, balance/transaction confirmation  

Other tasks assigned by line manager
