Mô tả công việc

Proactively manage, develop and maintenance procurement master database in Exact system/ERP/SAP as well as contract management.
Acknowledge and analyze PR, create PO in Exact system and follow up procurement activities with all suppliers.
Collect all supporting documents to prepare payment requests and partnering with finance for 3-way matching process.
Consolidate TSC project from Supply Chain Department and update to TSC leader on monthly basis.
Conduct all procurement reportings as requested by management team as well as further analysis to strengthen procurement activities.
Closely work with all departments and support their needs as required.
Maintain satisfactory and mutually beneficial relationship with supplier by conducting business in an ethical and fair manner to create and preserve a favourable company image.
Evaluate supplier performance through audit & KPI, and recommend potential supplier rating in accordance with Purchasing Quality System procedure. Implement and complies with Company’s Purchasing Quality System Procedure.
Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by Procurement Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

BA of Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Economics / Business, Foreign Trade Business/ Economic Finance & Accounting/Economic Commercial & Training. BA of Accounting is referable
Deep understanding of integrated logistic philosophies and requirements
Has experience in ERP system and cost control
Familiarity with glass manufacturing process is an advantage
Business Analytics, Analytical Thinking, Presentation
Microsoft Office – Excellent Excel, Word, Email and PowerPoint
Fluent in written and spoken English
