Tax Accountant (3+ Years Of Experience, English Required)

We are looking for Accountant assistant to join our Finance and Accounting team. The role is to handle following task list for 2 set of accounting books for Benline Vietnam, support day to day activities.

TAX (50%):

- Handle monthly VAT reporting.

- Assist in preparation for various Tax payment requests

- Assist in monthly, quarterly freight tax report

- Assist in collecting and checking vessel documents for DTA

- Assist in monthly tax account reconciliation

CONTAINDER DEPOSIT RECEIPTS AND REFUND (40%):

- Handle container deposit receipt in bank reconciliation and prepare journals and upload to accounting software

- Handle container deposit refund to customers as per company standard processes

- Reconcile deposit balances sub-ledger and dedicated bank statements

- Answer to customer inquires

- Assist in annual internal, external audits. (5%)

- Documents control and fillings under this scope. (5%)

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting / finance or banking

- Analytical skills, detail-oriented,

- Good communicate in English both Speaking and writing

- At least 3 years + in tax, accounting roles

- Experience in Shipping Line/Logistics related is advantage;

- General Accounting process and technique

- Knowledge of VN tax regulations (Laws, decrees, circulars, official letters.)

- Prof in Experiences working with accounting software and MS office.
