Assistant Floor Manager

• Support daily floor operations and ensure smooth service flow.
• Maintain service quality and deliver excellent customer experience.
• Supervise, train, and support staff during shifts.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Assist in staff scheduling, inventory control, and operational procedures.

At least 3 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality in a similar role.

Good English communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in restaurant management systems and MS Office.
