Mô tả công việc
- Assist in sustaining a refined, efficient, timely and yet welcoming luggage experience.
- Receive, track, coordinate and deliver guest luggage.
- Acknowledge, greet and converse with guests who need luggage assistance.
- Insist luggage and personal belongings of the guest are always treated with the upmost respect, caution and security.
- Welcome and escort guests to and from their rooms and assist with luggage.
- Inform guests of all safety measures, room amenities, and features.
- Promote hotel outlets, services and events.
- Store guest baggage upon request.
- Assist with the loading and unloading of baggage into and out of automobiles.
- Maintain close work relationships with other departments and their leaders to promote feedback and efficient operations.
- Ensure all activities performed within the department are in accordance with the company’s business objectives, and established safety and security standards.
Yêu cầu công việc
- One year working experience is preferred.
- Basic Education completed is preferred.
- Microsoft Office knowledge is preferred.
- Must present a well-groomed appearance.
- Ability to communicate fluently in the primary language of the workplace both verbally and nonverbally. Fluent in English is encouraged.
- Organized, can multi-task, good problem solving skills and detail-oriented.
