• Safeguard the assets of the company
• Attend to guest needs in order to keep guest satisfaction at highest degree
• Cash all types of checks for patrons within the specified guidelines
• Record all checks cashed in the specified computer system
• Conduct both Marker and Front Money transactions on patron accounts
• Balance bank at the beginning and end of shift
• Redeem chips/token and TITO for patrons and all acceptable types of foreign currencies
• Help patrons with general information upon request
• Performsother job-related duties

• Experience of one year in the gaming cage area preferred.
• College degree is required or equivalent.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to operate a computer and familiarity with Microsoft programs.
• Must present a well groomed and professional appearance. Excellent communication skills and guest service skills.
• Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team.
• Must be flexible, with the ability to work some evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must possess basic math, bookkeeping and typing skills to post information to the database.
