Guest Services Captain
Mô tả công việc
- Welcome, seat, and farewell guests; act as the first point of contact and public face.
- Manage reservations and handle bookings during service.
- Support the Guest Service team and assist in handling guest concerns/complaints.
- Proactively promote and sell events, spaces, and promotions.
- Maintain strong knowledge of the food and beverage menu.
- Work collaboratively with all staff (hostesses, waiters, managers).
- Report issues to the Sales & Marketing Manager.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and staff schedules.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience (hotel, tourism, advertising, sales, marketing) at the similar position.
• Excellent English communication & interpersonal skills
• Outstanding negotiation & problem-solving skill
• Proven experience in team management
• Positive demeanour.
• Impeccable personal hygiene and grooming.
• Proactive & confident
