- Develop and implement annual sales & marketing plans, strategies (pricing, promotion, branding), and budgets for the Hanoi hotel, aligned with the Owner's directives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis in Hanoi and key domestic/international source markets to identify opportunities.
- Set and achieve ambitious revenue, occupancy, and profit targets.
- Lead, manage, coach, and motivate the entire Sales & Marketing team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate accounts, travel agencies, embassies, event planners, and industry partners in Hanoi and nationally.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts, rates, and partnerships to optimize profitability.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital & traditional) to build brand awareness and drive direct bookings.
- Manage the hotel's online reputation across all digital platforms (social media, review sites, OTAs).
- Oversee the creation of all marketing collaterals and content.
- Implement dynamic revenue management strategies to maximize RevPAR and total revenue.
- Represent the hotel at key industry events, tradeshows, and sales missions.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on sales performance and direct marketing to the Owner.
- Be responsible for the full recruitment, training, performance management, and development of the department's staff.
- Ensure all sales & marketing activities comply with the hotel's brand standards and operational policies.
- Perform any other duties as directly assigned by the Owner.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role (Director or above) within luxury hotels or resorts.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets in the Hanoi market or similar competitive markets.
- Deep understanding of the Hanoi hospitality landscape, key market segments, and competitor dynamics.
- Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English.
- Proficient in hotel PMS, CRS, revenue management tools, and digital marketing platforms.
- Strong business acumen and financial literacy (budgeting, P&L analysis).
- High integrity, professionalism, and ability to work autonomously under the direct supervision of the Owner.
