- Responsible for managing and operating all activities of the following departments: Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering & Maintenance, Security, HR, Kitchen, IT, Landscaping, Spa, Recreation.
- Indirectly manage, coordinate and work closely with the Sales & Marketing, Finance & Accounting, Purchasing, and Booking departments to implement all tasks as directed by the Owner, ensuring full compliance with the Company’s regulations and policies.
- Implement operational and service strategies to ensure revenue, profit, and service quality targets as per owner's direction.
- Lead middle management and department heads; build service culture and enhance staff engagement.
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations, safety, fire prevention, and brand standards.
- Report directly to the Owner.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Owner.
- Degree in Hospitality Management or related field. Fluent in English and/or other languages preferred.
- Leadership vision (ability to inspire and lead teams effectively).
- Deep understanding of the hotel and resort industry, with at least 5-7 years in a similar position; preference for candidates with pre-opening experience.
- Strategic thinking, orientation & ability to drive sustainable growth.
- Pursuit of perfection, especially in service quality and operational efficiency.
- Strong will and orientation to elevate the Amiana brand to a higher position.
- Understanding of hotel management programs and Microsoft Office applications.
