• Ensure a smooth, fun, and informative experience for guests at the distillery.
• Observe health and safety rules of the distillery and ensure that guests are shown around the distillery in a safe manner, and that guests are supervised when in or around production areas.
• Monitor and keep update stock levels of food and beverage offering and POSM at the distillery.
• Advise the Tour Manager/ Distillery Operation Manager when additional stock is required before IT runs out.
• Support the hospitality team in ensuring that the F&B area of the distillery is well maintained, clean and tidy, and well stocked at all times.
• Support the distillery team in ensuring general levels of cleanliness and tidiness are met at all times in all areas of the distillery.
• Be responsible for supporting the hospitality manager and hospitality team, or the production manager and production team as need is identified by the Tour Manager/ Distillery Operation Manager.
• Source, approach and maintain relationships with tour agencies and operators to actively promote and sell the company's tour offerings.
• Assist Hospitality Team in production when necessary.
• Complete the ad-hoc task as required by Line Manager.

• Be confident in communication by both English and Vietnamese.
• Required to work 5 days per week, which will be on flexible hours based on tour demand.
• Confident in giving presentations to trade and consumer guests of the distillery.
• Passionate on food and beverage industry, local culture, history.
• Previous experience working in a bar/restaurant environment or hosting guests at tourist experiences is a plus.
• Having your own transportation to and from the distillery is a plus.
