CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Client Onboarding
- Act as the main consultant managing client onboarding for the South Asia market.
- Coordinate with internal teams, follow implementation frameworks, system workflows, and documentation to ensure on-time, on-scope delivery.
- Run discovery sessions, track project progress, and ensure smooth system integrations for clients
2. Product Management
- Handle technical requirements and system integrations, including finance systems and payment solutions.
- Define and manage a multi-content connectivity strategy across air, hotel, and ground transport, ensuring content completeness within the platform.
- Collaborate with technology vendorsand cross-functional teams to define product architecture and resolve technical issues.

QUALIFICATIONS
1. Fluent in English and the local language; Chinese proficiency is a strong advantage and preferred.
2. Background in local ecosystem companies with proven experience integrating with large local enterprises.
3. Strong ability to handle project planning, risk management, and change management.
4. Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
5. Ability to conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews.
PREFERRED
1. Experience working in a TMC or corporate travel sector.
2. A background in tech or product management.
3. Agile or Scrum certification.
