Mô tả công việc
- Responsible to act as a liaison between Front Office, Casino, and others. The Receptionist – Rooms Controller must have rooms knowledge and depth understanding of rooms allocation/allotment.
- Responsibilities:
- Work closely with casino and other team to block and balance room allotment
- Manage casino and other reservations and settlement in accordance with the instruction from the casino and other team.
- Arrange VIP amenities as well as inspecting the VIP rooms prior to arrival
- Determine credit, render bills, receive cash, and credit payments in timely and accurate manner.
- Audit and balance cash float in beginning and end of shift.
- Create, update, and present guest folio.
- Control and issue keys to guest rooms.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve guest concerns in a diplomatic and professional manner.
- Create and maintain a refined yet welcoming and proficient guest experience.
- Intentional and alert regarding security measures and procedures. Communicate any unusual circumstances, events, or guests with Supervisor.
- Maintain close work relationships with other departments and their leaders to promote feedback and efficient operations.
- Positively collaborates and communicates proactively with Housekeeping and other departments regarding daily arrivals, VIPs, special requests, group needs, check outs and other guest needs that might arise.
- Ensure all activities performed within the department are in accordance with the company’s business objectives, and established safety and security standards.
- Keep leadership informed on a timely basis of any undue variance from expected results.
- Must be able to meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to departmental and company policies.
- Perform other jobs related to same functions and duties or assume other responsibilities and functions as assigned by management.
Yêu cầu công việc
- One year working experience is a must.
- Vocational School Certificate is required.
- Microsoft Office knowledge is preferred.
- Must present a well-groomed appearance
- Ability to communicate fluently in the primary language of the workplace both verbally and nonverbally. Good knowledge of English reading and writing skills.
- Organize, can multi-task, have good problem-solving skills, and detail oriented.
