  • Receive daily inbound Requests/Leads from the Manager. No need to seek customers.
  • Build a suitable itinerary, calculate prices, and advise on tours according to foreign tourists' requests.
  • Send customers information, quotations, itineraries, and advice on tour programs and travel services.
  • Monitor and manage customer Requests/Leads, handle and advise on customer feedback
  • Close the deals with customers and settle the payment.
  • Coordinate with the Operator to make the service reservation for customer trips
  • Take care of customers throughout the tour, and ask for customer reviews
Yêu cầu công việc
  • At least 6-12 months of working experience in Inbound Travel consultant
  • Really love to work as a TC for the long term
  • Good skills in Microsoft Office, including calculating.
  • Good 4 skills of English. The second foreign language is an advantage.
  • Familiar with tourist destinations, travel routes, and package tours in Vietnam (Cambodia, Laos, and possibly Thailand are the advantages)
  • Understanding the travel hobbies, psychology, habits, and spending budgets of tourists from Europe, Oceania, and North America.
  • Excellent tour consulting skills, able to meet a wide range of customer requirements, resulting in a high sales conversion rate.
  • A desire to make money, a desire for growth.
