Adhere to regulatory, departmental and company polices.
Consistently provide the highest quality of service to our guests.
Assist slot supervisors and shift managers when required.
Liaise with other departments to ensure all guests have a pleasant visit.
Verify all payouts and assists in the process of payments within permitted limitations.
Ensure all machines are operational and working in the correct manner.
Ensure all guests are greeted and responded to in a timely manner
Observe all activities in assigned area, offer assistance to guests when needed, advice slot guests on how to play machines, pay tables and any general questions on the casino.
Remain vigilant to security issues throughout the property.
Promote M-life and all casino related promotions.

Yêu cầu công việc

One year of previous customer service or retail sales background. Previous experience in slots would be an advantage.
High school graduate or above.
Must be able to speak, write, read and understand English.
Must be able to operate a computer.
Must present a well groomed appearance.
Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift.
