Mô tả công việc

Monitor the real-time service dashboard and allocate manpower to ensure service performance.
Handle operational tasks such as flight changes and ticket modifications.
Coordinate workload, manage backlogs, and support daily operations.
Handle escalated customer cases and resolve operational issues.
Conduct QA activities and support new hire training when required.

Yêu cầu công việc

College degree or above.
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Good English communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude.
Willing to work rotating shifts.

Working Schedule: Flexible rotating shifts: 8 hours per day (including a 1-hour break), with 1 day off per week, within the operating hours of 06:00 AM – 10:00 PM.

Working location: No. 8A Huynh Lan Khanh Street, Tan Son Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
