Auditor Staff

Conduct audit and evaluation activities for IDFL clients according to global certification schemes/standards (70%)

• Continuously learn to understand global certification scheme or standards such as Responsible Down Standard (RDS), Downpass, International Down Standard (IDS), EDFA, Global Recycled Standard (GRS) / Recycled Claim Standard (RCS), Organic Content Standard (OCS), Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS), Ocean Bound Plastic (OBP), and Responsible Wool Standard (RWS).
• Independently conduct on-site audit and evaluation activities according to trained audit protocols.
• Coordinate with internal teams.
• Write audit reports timely and accurately.

Continuously learn to qualify expertise level and take part in training activities

• Become expert in related certified materials – down/feather, wool, recycled materials (polyester, cotton, ETC.) and organic materials.
• Organize, participate, and help train competent junior auditors in standards, audit activities, client services, and technical expertise for certified materials. This includes shadow audits and auditor evaluations.

Knowledge (having these is a plus for fresher auditors, junior auditors and above is required to acquire as many as possible)

Education and Experience:

• Relevant bachelor’s degree (Environmental, chemical, biological, engineer,...) is a must if there is no industry experience
• High school grad is a must if there is 4-year industry experience
• At least 2-3 years working in Textile manufactory or minimum 2 years of experience in CSR or HSE of the factory
