Construction Staff

Lotte Duty Free is currently seeking qualified candidates for the following positions in the Construction Department:

1. Construction Staff

• Plan and implement maintenance and repair for all items related to shelf construction in Lotte Duty Free stores.
• Work with suppliers to obtain at least three quotations for all purchases.
• Coordinate with government departments to obtain work permits for construction projects in accordance with procedures.
• Read drawings/designs, implement construction work, and monitor site progress.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Construction Manager.

2. Construction Staff (senior)

• Determine functional objectives and manage organizational performance to achieve on-time delivery, quality and cost performance, and contract fulfillment for all purchased products and services.
• Negotiate with suppliers for the best possible prices to minimize company expenditures and obtain at least three quotations for all purchases.
• Coordinate with the Accounting Department regarding payment requests.
• Maintain good relationships with all suppliers and keep polite and professional attitudes at all times.
• Implement procurement strategies for infrastructure products and service requirements to support business objectives; monitor support and coordinate with cross-divisional infrastructure management personnel to create cohesive and integrated procurement plans.
• Collect invoices from suppliers and process monthly payments, including: Stores; Machines, technology, and maintenance
• Repair store facilities when possible.
• Provide information and oversight to ensure effective commodity and customer-focused teamwork.
• Perform any other duties and tasks as assigned.

1.For Construction Staff role:

• At least 2 years of experience in site construction; interior construction experience is preferred.
• Graduate from a vocational school or college with a major in construction or related fields.
• Good at IT and capable of using AutoCAD software is an advantage.
• Good English communication and writing skills.
• Good communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Highly responsible, enthusiastic, honest, and cost-conscious for the company.
• Experience in PM (Project Management) and CM (Construction Management) processes is preferred.

2. For Construction Staff (senior) role:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical or construction-related positions.
• Intermediate education or above in engineering, construction, or related fields.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
• Good English communication and ability to read technical drawings.
• Proficient in MS Office; AutoCAD skill is an advantage.
