• Develop concepts + layout (kids café / playground / academy)

• Propose options & explain cost vs design trade-offs 

• Execute design & support construction

* Experience making floor plans with AutoCAD program 

* 3D Modeling with SketchUp or other architectural modeling programs

* Capable of High Resolution, realistic renderings with programs such as Enscape, Vray, or equivalent 

* Capable of making detailed technical drawings for construction 

· IELTS >= 6.0 · A strong portfolio of Interior design

 · Familiarity with design software and technologies 

· A keen eye for aesthetics and details 

· Skills in arranging, organizing work and meeting deadlines

· Degree in Design

· Salary: VND 15,000,000- VND 20,000,000 (or negotiated according to capacity)
