Mô tả công việc

Lead and oversee design & build projects from handover to completion, ensuring on-time delivery, budget control, and quality standards.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including Design, Estimation, Procurement, Project Management, and Site Operations to ensure seamless project execution.
Plan and allocate resources, develop teams, and optimize operational efficiency.
Monitor project budgets, costs, cash flow, profitability, and manage project variations.
Oversee procurement activities, manage supplier performance, and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Develop and improve operational processes, establish KPIs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Support the Managing Director in business operations, strategic planning, and organizational development.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
Minimum 8 years of experience in Design & Build, Interior Fit-out, Construction, or Project Management, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects while overseeing operations, budgets, and financial performance.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Candidates with experience in Interior Design & Build, Fit-out, Construction, or SME environments with lean operations are highly preferred.
