- Participate in the design and development of Interior plans for the company's projects such as: Office Buildings, Apartments, Villas, Shophouses, Hotels, Resorts,
Tham gia vào quá trình thiết kế và phát triển phương án Nội thất cho các dự án của công ty như: Cao ốc văn phòng, Chung cư căn hộ, Nhà liền kề, Biệt thự,Shophouse, Khách sạn, Resort, …
- Participating with the Design Director in researching trends, orienting design strategies and looking for new material samples, decorative styling ideas
Tham gia cùng Giám đốc Thiết kế trong việc nghiên cứu xu hướng, định hướng chiến lược thiết kế và tìm kiếm các mẫu vật liệu mới, ý tưởng styling trang trí
- Prepare and implement design documents through stages from Concept Design, Basic Design to Detail Design
Lập và triển khai hồ sơ thiết kế qua các giai đoạn từ Concept Design (Thiết kế ý tưởng), Basic Design (Thiết kế cơ sở) đến Detail Design (Thiết kế kỹ thuật thi công)
- Perform functional layout, build detailed ideas for each space, focusing on the following elements: colors, materials, furniture.
Thực hiện bố trí mặt bằng công năng (functional layout), xây dựng tưởng chi tiết cho từng không gian, tập trung vào các yếu tố: màu sắc,vật liệu, đồ nội thất.
- 3D perspective illustration of interior spaces.

- Provide a special material list to support the team in estimating and controlling the budget.
Cung cấp danh mục vật liệu đặc thù (special material list) để hỗ trợ đội ngũ dự toán và kiểm soát ngân sách.
- Implement detailed interior technical drawings (AutoCAD, Revit) in terms of dimensions, materials and construction capabilities.
Triển khai chi tiết bản vẽ kỹ thuật nội thất (AutoCAD, Revit) về kích thước, vật liệu và khả năng thi công.
- Provide expert critical opinions and direct advice to the Design Director on interior design solutions and optimal material selection.
Đưa ra các ý kiến phản biện chuyên môn và tư vấn trực tiếp cho Giám đốc thiết kế về giải pháp thiết kế nội thất và lựa chọn vật liệu tối ưu.
- Closely coordinating with other disciplines: Architecture, Structure, M&E, ... to optimize the overall design and participate in technical consulting support throughout the project implementation process.
Phối hợp chặt chẽ với các bộ môn khác: Kiến trúc, Kết cấu, Cơ điện, … để tối ưu hóa thiết kế tổng thể và tham gia hỗ trợ tư vấn kỹ thuật trong suốt quá trình triển khai dự án.
Yêu cầu công việc
At least a Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Architecture, Construction/Architecture
Must be able to read, write and speak English well
Must be proficient in the use of Computer, MS Office, AutoCAD software.
At least fifteen 3-5 years of continuous experience in architecture and interior design and coordination with other disciplines in similar role and/or as designer
-Has been directly involved from the start until completion of the design and construction of hotels and resorts.
- Proficient in using specialized software in the design field such as AutoCAD; sketching; Photoshop; 3Ds Max. Having the ability to create 3D visualizations is an advantage (Vray, Corona, Lumion...).
- Must be familiar with all Contract Documents, Mail/ Correspondence Types and Project Management Forms.
