• Installation and commission for corrugated machines.
• Troubleshooting and maintenance for corrugated machines.
• Advisory / recommendation on spare parts, maintenance and other service products to customer
• Training customer regarding operation, maintenance and spare parts knowledge.
• Support customer via BHS service hotline.
• Support BHS internal staff on service daily business, such as spare parts issue, machine problem advice and so on.
• Keep close relationship with customer
• Regular report to Service Manager
• Troubleshooting and maintenance for corrugated machines.

Yêu cầu công việc
• Technical background (Mechanic, Electric or Mechatronic). College or Bachelor degree. Real hand-on experience
• 3 year experience or above of installation/maintenance/troubleshooting to heavy duty machines. Having experience on carton packaging industry (or other packaging industry) is a big advantage
• Fluent English or Chinese communication (speaking & writing) is a must. Being able to communicate in Japanese is a plus
• Good communication skills. Self-motivated, self organized.
• Open mind and team work.
• Willing to travel in Vietnam or other country for working. Willing to work overtime on weekend/holiday when needed.
• Working location: 02 Mechanic & 03 Electric engineers (Hochiminh/Binh Duong/Dong Nai/Long An; Hanoi and adjacent provinces)
