Mô tả công việc
– Xây dựng kế hoạch chạy quảng cáo Facebook Ads / Google Adwords
– Lên ý tưởng và viết nội dung quảng cáo phù hợp với từng đối tượng khách hàng.
– Trực tiếp triển khai các chiến dịch quảng cáo trên Facebook Ads / Google Adwords.
– Theo dõi, phân tích số liệu, hiệu chỉnh và tối ưu các chiến dịch quảng cáo nhằm đảm bảo kết quả theo đúng lộ trình và mục tiêu
đề ra.
– Lập báo cáo kết quả chạy quảng cáo theo ngày, tuần, tháng quản lý
– Đề xuất các ý tưởng, chiến dịch, quảng cáo mới cho sản phẩm, dịch vụ.
– Khai phá & phát triển các kênh quảng cáo mới Làm việc với các đối tác bên ngoài.
– Lên ý tưởng và viết nội dung quảng cáo phù hợp với từng đối tượng khách hàng.
– Trực tiếp triển khai các chiến dịch quảng cáo trên Facebook Ads / Google Adwords.
– Theo dõi, phân tích số liệu, hiệu chỉnh và tối ưu các chiến dịch quảng cáo nhằm đảm bảo kết quả theo đúng lộ trình và mục tiêu
đề ra.
– Lập báo cáo kết quả chạy quảng cáo theo ngày, tuần, tháng quản lý
– Đề xuất các ý tưởng, chiến dịch, quảng cáo mới cho sản phẩm, dịch vụ.
– Khai phá & phát triển các kênh quảng cáo mới Làm việc với các đối tác bên ngoài.
Yêu cầu công việc
– Có kinh nghiệm ít nhất 1 năm về chạy quảng cáo Facebook Ads, Google Ads.
– Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm chạy ads, fb, zalo và leader đội 3-4 người trở lên đã từng tiêu ngân sách quảng cáo trên 100 triệu / tháng.
– Có khả năng tư duy tốt, có khả năng sáng tạo.
– Năng động, nhiệt tình, kiên trì, chịu khó, có khả năng chịu áp lực và cường độ công việc cao
– Tinh thần trách nhiệm, trung thực.
– Có ý chí cầu tiến, ham nghiên cứu, học hỏi nâng cao nghiệp vụ.
– Có kinh nghiệm hoặc kiến thức về SEO / Digital MKT là 1 lợi thế
– Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm chạy ads, fb, zalo và leader đội 3-4 người trở lên đã từng tiêu ngân sách quảng cáo trên 100 triệu / tháng.
– Có khả năng tư duy tốt, có khả năng sáng tạo.
– Năng động, nhiệt tình, kiên trì, chịu khó, có khả năng chịu áp lực và cường độ công việc cao
– Tinh thần trách nhiệm, trung thực.
– Có ý chí cầu tiến, ham nghiên cứu, học hỏi nâng cao nghiệp vụ.
– Có kinh nghiệm hoặc kiến thức về SEO / Digital MKT là 1 lợi thế
Quyền lợi
– Thu nhập hấp dẫn (lương CB: 8-10 triệu) + phụ cấp + thưởng từ hiệu quả doanh thu đạt được. (Tổng thu nhập có thể đạt được từ 12-20 triệu). Ngoài ra, chúng tôi có chính sách tăng lương 6 tháng một lần cho các nhân viên gắn bó và làm việc hiệu quả cho công ty.
– Được làm việc trong môi trường năng động, trẻ trung và chuyên nghiệp
– Làm việc giờ hành chính 8h30h-12h và 13h30-17h30, nghỉ Thứ 7, CN và các ngày lễ
– Được hưởng đầy đủ các chế độ chính sách theo Luật lao động hiện hành.
– Được thưởng tết lương tháng 13
– Được làm việc trong môi trường năng động, trẻ trung và chuyên nghiệp
