Mô tả công việc
- Develop ideas for company and client events.
- Coordinate with Account and Design teams to implement company projects.
- Search for contractors and suppliers for project execution.
- Write plans and content for marketing projects.
- Meet with clients and partners to negotiate pricing and project details.
- Manage project implementation teams, including QMK staff and contractors.
- Execute and sign contracts related to event projects with contractors.
- Coordinate with internal teams to implement projects effectively.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Graduated or currently studying in Communications, Events, Marketing, Tourism, or related fields.
- At least 1 year of experience in Marketing, Event, Media in the Account Executive role.
- Proactive, flexible, and able to work under pressure.
- Passionate about events and communications.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- English communication skills at a fair level or above.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel (Required).
- Own a personal laptop (Required).
- Willing to travel frequently and work on-site when required.
