Content Performance Executive

Responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance-driven content across digital channels. This role also manages campaign-based and seasonal content, contributes to long-term content strategy, and collaborates closely with Media, Design, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-converting, brand-aligned marketing campaigns.
1. Plan & execute performance content:
- Develop monthly content plans based on Business goals, and product focus.
- Write high-converting ad content across channels: Meta, Google, TikTok, Zalo
- Produce content for social media, landing pages, email, SMS, and other promotional materials.
- Ensure all content reflects the brand tone and communicates consistently across channels.
- Prepare clear and actionable content briefs for Design, Video, or other creative teams to ensure alignment with intent and format.
- Collaborate with Media & Design for creative production, A/B testing, and optimization based on CTR, CPL, CVR, ROAS.
- Stay updated with market trends, social insights, and competitor activities to continuously innovate and refresh content approaches.
- Proactively contribute new ideas and creative concepts to improve campaign performance.
2. Manage seasonal & product-based content
- Own content planning and execution for new products launching, key seasonal campaigns: Summer, Back to School, Lunar New Year,...
- Ensure consistent communication across ads, organic channels, and in-center touchpoints.
3. Track & optimize content performance
- Monitor performance metrics and internal dashboards to assess campaign effectiveness.
- Analyze results by channel and content type to identify insights and areas for improvement.
- Consolidate key learnings into monthly reports, aligning with marketing and business goals.
4. Support Sales with content
- Create content for promotions, offers, and product bundles.
- Collaborate to develop support materials: consultation slides, brochures, ...
5. Cross-functional collaboration
- Work closely with Design, Sales, Academic and other internal teams to ensure content quality and on-time delivery.
- Align all content output with campaign timelines, brand direction, and business objectives.
Yêu cầu công việc
- 3–4 years in Content Marketing, ideally in digital or education-related industries.
- Strong copywriting skills with experience across paid media, social, and owned channels.
- Proven understanding of performance marketing metrics and ad platforms
- Strong planning, execution, and project management.
- Excellent collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Proactive, analytical, results-oriented, and brand-sensitive.
- Creative mindset, with ability to adapt to trends and generate fresh ideas continuously..
