Mô tả công việc

Plan, execute, and optimize digital ad campaigns across Facebook, Google, TikTok, and other platforms.
Monitor campaign performance (CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM…) and propose improvements via A/B testing, creative feedback, and budget reallocation.
Collaborate with Content team to align on creative assets, timing, and messaging direction.
Work with Sales support team to ensure smooth handover of leads, improve conversion funnel, and understand real-time feedback from the field.
Coordinate closely with media agencies: review media plans, follow up on performance, and push for better execution.
Analyze data and build clear performance reports on a weekly/monthly basis with actionable insights.
Stay up-to-date with platform trends, best practices, and competitor benchmarks.

Yêu cầu công việc

1–2 years of experience in digital performance marketing or media coordination.
Solid understanding of ad platforms: Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, ETC.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills – able to bridge cross-functional teams and external partners.
Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) for campaign tracking and reporting.
Analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
Bonus if experienced in e-commerce, automotive, or performance-based B2C marketing.
