Mô tả công việc
- Assist in the management and optimization of product listings on our e-commerce platform.
- Support the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
- Monitor and analyze e-commerce performance metrics, including traffic, conversion rates, and sales.
- Help in the creation and management of content for the online store, including product descriptions, images, and promotions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the user experience and improve customer satisfaction.
- Assist in inventory management and order fulfillment processes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends and best practices.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing concepts.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Website, Shopee, Lazada).
- Proficiency in Data Analysis (PowerBI) or Graphic Design is considered an advantage.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Good communication skills in English; TOEIC ≥ 600 or equivalent (IELTS, other certifications).
Quyền lợi
