• Develop creative concepts and visual designs for integrated campaigns, including digital, social media, 
print, OOH, and branding materials.  
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to translate ideas into impactful visuals.  
• Design projects from concept to completion, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and client 
expectations.  
• Present design ideas and rationale to internal teams and clients confidently and professionally.  
• Stay up to date with industry trends, design tools, and creative best practices to bring fresh ideas to the 
team.  
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure the timely delivery of all creative assets.

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (Advanced Diploma in Multimedia (ADIM), 
Bachelor…)  
• 4 years+ of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within an advertising agency, as well 
as a strong portfolio of related projects showcase.  
• Making original key visual design (SoMe Banners, Storyboard across channels/platforms; POSM; 
Landing page, Website, App,ETC.) and ensuring the visual products are aligned with Brand guideline and 
strategy.  
• Creating animations, videos with effects/elements, and enhancing motion graphics.  
• Submit a portfolio showcasing creative and strategic design work across multiple media.  
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects  
• Excellent sense of typography, layout, colour, and composition.  
• Strong communication and presentation skills.  
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.  
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
