1. Market Research & Digital Lead Generation
- Conduct market and competitor research in the IT outsourcing industry within English-speaking markets.
- Identify and reach out to potential prospects via LinkedIn, email campaigns, and networking channels.
- Digital Marketing Focus: Execute Social Selling strategies on LinkedIn to build brand authority and attract inbound leads.
- Email Automation: Design and manage automated Cold Email sequences using tools like HubSpot, Apollo, or Lemlist to scale outreach.
2. Business Development & Sales Operations
- Develop and expand the customer base in targeted international markets.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from lead generation to closing.
- Prepare professional proposals, quotations, and contracts in English.
- Maintain up-to-date records in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) and produce regular sales reports.
3. Account Management & Content Marketing
- Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and explore farming opportunities.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to provide tailored solutions that meet client expectations.
- Marketing Collateral: Coordinate the creation of marketing materials such as Case Studies, Pitch Decks, and Whitepapers to support the sales process.

1. Technical & Sales Acumen
- IT Knowledge: Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), tech stacks, and IT outsourcing services.
- Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales ITO, IT staffing, or SaaS for English-speaking markets.
- Experience: 1 to 3+ years of relevant experience is preferred.
- Global Mindset: Hands-on experience working with international clients (EU, US, UAE, APAC).
2. Digital Marketing Skills (Newly Added)
- Lead Gen Tools: Proficiency in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and lead mining tools.
- Content Creation: Ability to write professional, engaging English content for social media and business outreach.
- Data Analysis: Ability to track and analyze Marketing/Sales KPIs to optimize conversion rates.
3. Communication & Soft Skills
- English Level: Excellent verbal and written communication (Level B2+ or C1).
- Mindset: Results-driven, self-motivated, and capable of exceeding sales targets.
