1. Role Purpose
- The Marketing Executive is responsible for executing digital marketing activities, supporting the Marketing Leader in content development, campaign operations, and performance optimization across online and e-commerce channels to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
2. Key Responsibilities
- Digital & E-commerce Campaign Execution
- Execute planned marketing activities: social content, KOL/KOC collaborations, ads, affiliate, UGC, and livestream support.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment on timelines and campaign objectives.
- Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, CVR, ROAS) and propose improvements.
- Content & Social Media Management
- Develop and manage content calendars for Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and Website.
- Write captions, prepare briefs for visuals/videos, and work with designers/creators/agencies.
- Optimize content based on customer insights and platform trends.
- E-commerce Management Support
- Update product descriptions, keywords, images, A+ content, and review automation on Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Amazon (if applicable).
- Track performance of flash sales, affiliate activities, reviews, UGC, and livestreams.
- Optimize PDPs to improve conversion rates (visuals, keywords, storytelling).
- Market & Customer Research
- Collect customer insights through surveys, reviews, social listening, and sales data.
- Monitor competitors’ content, campaigns, product strategies, and positioning.
- Suggest new ideas based on category trends and user expectations.
- Partner & Budget Management
- Work with KOL/KOC, agencies, and external service partners based on briefs.
- Monitor campaign budgets and report spending.
- Check content quality, KPI delivery, and execution progress from partners.
- Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on marketing, social media, and e-commerce performance.
- Propose improvements to enhance efficiency and workflow.
- Support the Marketing Leader in ad-hoc tasks.
- Technical Knowledge & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, E-commerce, or related fields.
- Knowledge of digital marketing: social platforms, content, KOL/KOC, e-commerce, basic ads.
- Strong writing, research skills, and basic data analysis.
- Proficient in TikTok, Facebook, Shopee, TikTok Shop, Canva, Google Sheets/Docs.

- Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Marketing/Content/E-commerce.
- Experience in FMCG, Beauty, E-commerce, or TikTok Shop is a plus.
- Base Salary: 7–8 million VND/ month (depending on capability).
- Performance Bonus: based on quarterly and campaign KPIs.
- Spot Bonus: for exceeding key targets (launching, review campaigns, sales milestones).
- Salary Review: every 6–12 months based on performance.
