We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our global marketing efforts, with a primary focus on the U.S. market. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in B2B marketing, a deep understanding of North American business culture, and the ability to drive high-quality lead generation through innovative digital strategies.

International Strategy:

  • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies for the U.S. and global markets.
  • Execute plans to expand and strengthen brand presence internationally.

B2B Lead Generation:

  • Design and manage the full marketing funnel.
  • Focus on generating Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
  • Leverage LinkedIn, Content Marketing, and Email Automation to drive results.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor the marketing team.
  • Build and develop a high-performing team culture.
  • Ensure alignment with global business objectives.

Market Intelligence:

  • Conduct in-depth research on U.S. industry trends.
  • Analyze competitor movements and positioning.
  • Develop clear B2B buyer personas to refine messaging and targeting.

Content Excellence:

  • Oversee the creation of high-quality English content.
  • Manage assets such as Whitepapers, Case Studies, and Webinars.
  • Ensure content is tailored to a professional Western audience.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the Sales team.
  • Implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies.
  • Ensure smooth and effective lead handover processes.

Budget & ROI Tracking:

  • Manage the global marketing budget.
  • Track and report on ROI, CAC, and conversion rates.
  • Utilize tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics for performance analysis.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, International Business, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing.
  • At least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in B2B Marketing (mandatory).
  • Hands-on experience in the U.S. market.
  • Strong understanding of cultural nuances, legal compliance, and business etiquette in the U.S.

Languages:

  • Native-level English proficiency (written and spoken).
  • Ability to edit complex technical content into persuasive marketing copy.

Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM.
  • Experience with CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Soft Skills:

  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Strategic thinking ability.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-border environment
