• Develop comprehensive MKT proposals for store openings (future expansions)
• Create and present annual marketing campaign plans with clear KPIs and budget allocation
• Build MKT cooperation proposals for PMVN (co-branding, joint campaigns, product launches)
• Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, PR, and in-store channels
• Manage marketing budget and ensure ROI optimization across all channels
• Coordinate product launch campaigns with POPMART headquarters on new collection releases
• Oversee KOL/influencer partnerships and brand collaboration initiatives
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights for strategic decisions
• Build and manage marketing team including recruitment and performance management
• Present marketing performance reports to management with actionable recommendations
Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in managerial role
• Strong proposal writing and presentation skills (PowerPoint, Keynote)
• Experience in retail, FMCG, fashion, or lifestyle brands preferred
• Deep understanding of Vietnam's digital marketing landscape (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram)
• Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns with measurable results
• Experience managing marketing budgets of $50,000+ annually
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing analytics tools
• English proficiency required for HQ communication
