Foundation for International Development / Relief (FIDR) is a Japanese non-profit organization which is permitted by Vietnam Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Vietnam. FIDR implements community development projects in Central Vietnam.
FIDR is now seeking qualified Vietnamese national staff for the position of Stock management cum Marketing Officer, based in Danang city, on promoting small social business sector. We strongly encourage people who are willing to learn new things and tackle challenges, and want to start their professional career in the social business support, to introduce products for minority people for this position.
Main responsibilities:
- In charge of general and wide duties on marketing & sales section, especially SocialBiz sector
- To introduce, sale, monitor the products and motivate customers to order
- To support & cooperate with development section for new products
- To receive, inspect products and import documents according to the regulations.
- To develop the flow and the systems for order, quality control, value chain and merchandizing
- To prepare Order, Contract, related documents for product delivery.
- To proceed and implement duties on accounting
- To make & follow documenting & record duties series on marketing and sales
- To report and support duties assigned by the supervisor
- To research the new potential market, new customer’s demand
- To manage products stock
- University degree, preferably in the field of international business, sales and marketing related
- More than 2 year experiences in sales and marketing related, preferring accounting knowledge and skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English & Vietnamese
- Good computing skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good interpersonal, teamwork and high negotiation and presentation skills
- Good communication with minority people and other public / private sector people
- Be interested in supporting and applying social business
- Be able to travel for direct interaction in mountainous area, Central Vietnam (around 1 time/month)
