Mô tả công việc
1. Mô tả công việc:
- Tuyển dụng đội nhóm kinh doanh thẻ tín dụng (từ 10-13 nhân sự), đảm bảo nhân sự trong team luôn có đủ số lượng nhân sự cần thiết
- Lên kế hoạch hoạt động, tạo lead để team kinh doanh thẻ tín dụng
- Quản lý doanh số và chất lượng bán hàng
Yêu cầu công việc
2. Yêu cầu:
- Cần có kinh nghiệm quản lý team: mảng ngân hàng, dịch vụ tài chính, bất động sản
- Từng làm việc trong các ngân hàng, từng bán thẻ credit.

- Tổng thu nhập từ 30 - 80m/ tháng tùy theo doanh số của team
- Tham gia đầy đủ các chính sách bảo hiểm theo luật lao động sau hai tháng thử việc.

4. Thời gian & Địa điểm làm việc:
- Làm việc từ Thứ 2 – Thứ 6, giờ hành chính
- Văn phòng tại Tân Cảng, Bình Thạnh.
