Mô tả công việc
1. Make packing list for packing team to pack garment
2. Prepare shipment summary for each buyer/shipment date base on projection shipment
3. Consolidate information to book space with forwarder base on time line
4. Receive booking note and arrange truck/container arrive factory to load cargo
5. Send SI to FW, check and confirm B/L, HAWB from FWD
6. Prepare full set of shipping document (invoice, packing list, C/O, other requirement document ….)
7. Send full set of shipping docs to FWD/Buyer for import customs clearance and payment purpose
Make report and other task related to job
Yêu cầu công việc
- University/college degree in Economic field
- Over 1 year experience in garment manufacturing
- Knowledge of shipping area
- Familiar with SAP, other web size or systems of customer
- Good command of writing and reading English
- Computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Power-point.
