Mô tả công việc
- For expanding operation in Bac Ninh, we would like to recruit an Administrative Staff to:
- Support company operations and handle administrative tasks in the following aspects:
- General Office administration
- Control documentation filing, inventory and storing in the office
- Control office supplies and manage and coordinate suppliers
- Prepare and submit for approval to the management payment requests.
- Book airlines tickets
- Perform HR related activities in the company, such as recruitment, preparation for new employees (training, disseminating employee manual…).
- Control annual leave and other type of leave
-Follow up on labor contracts and performance evaluation process

- 13th month salary for 1 year above staff
- Attractive salary negotiate (base on ability & experience )

- Education: University or College major in Economics, Business,…
- From 3 years of working environment at same position.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Good oral & written communication skill in English or Chinese.
- Good communication skills.
- Only accept CV in English
