Assistant Hr. Manager

1. General
a) Provides management team with advices, solutions and knowledge of latest HR management practice to resolve HR problems and improve performance of employees.
b) Works with IT department to develop and maintain HR database.
c) Suggests improvements and changes when and where IT is needed to improve efficiency.
d) Works with line managers and related employees at all levels to resolve related issues effectively and diplomatically
e) Manages HR staffs and ensure high level of performance of individual and the whole team.
f) Establishes and promotes a working spirit within department that encourages teamwork and cooperation, commitment and engagement, creative thinking and efficiency.
g) Works as internal trainer on HR management related skill and knowledge.
h) Prepares analytical reports that provide a real and clear picture about department activities and performance.
2. Payroll management
a) Responsible of all employee’s salary calculation
b) Responsible for PIT finalization and management
c) Responsible for all kind of labor contract management
d) Responsible of all kind of HR reports such: weekly, monthly and yearly
- Head count report
- OT report
- Attendant report
- Insurances report
- HR’s KPI report
- Labor cost report
- PIT report
- Others requested by HR & Admin Manager and General Director…
3. Administration
a) To arrange and settle all administrative matters: expenses of infrastructure (e.g. telephone, fax, electric power, building, car rental. Visa, etc.),
b) To control the records of employees: Resume, Certificates, Labor Contract, Evaluation, etc.
c) To arrange and control the meals; travel, booking, visas of employees and / or visitors etc.
d) To ensure the warm welcome for guests or visitors.
e) To manage security team and ensure the available and suitable means (procedures, tools, equipments etc.) for security, safety (labor, fire) and emergency control.
4. Training and Development
a) Developing and maintaining current knowledge of company policies and procedures and current work instructions within quality system.
b) Attending and participating in company meetings / conferences to acquiring knowledge / information relating with quality system management, in order to develop effectively and efficiently system.
c) Attending and completing study programs as directed / assigned by the General Director.
d) Raising personal ability and capability to achieve the company objectives.
