Mô tả công việc
- In charge of end-to-end recruitment process for outsourced positions.
- Assist in job advertising, screening, interview arrangements, recruitment operations for FTE positions.
- Support HRBP in BAU activities.
- Support in executing employee engagement and employer branding initiatives.
- Other tasked as assigned.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 6 months of experience in recruitment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Have good sense of handling confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
