• Develop and execute strategies to grow and engage online communities.
• Create and manage content (text, image, video) that drives interaction and builds brand connection.
• Plan and maintain a consistent posting calendar across channels.
• Monitor community sentiment, respond to members, and moderate discussions.
• Track and report KPIs (growth, engagement, brand sentiment).
• Collaborate with content and design teams to execute campaigns quickly and effectively.
• Stay updated on competitors and industry trends to enhance community strategy.
• Take initiative to drive projects forward quickly and efficiently across departments.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
• 2+ years of experience in community management, preferably in fintech, stock, or FX industries.
• Proven success in building and managing online communities.
• Excellent communication and content creation skills.
• Strong understanding of social media and engagement best practices.
• Creative, data-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience leading a small team is a plus.
• Basic understanding of financial markets (Stock, Crypto, FX).
