SCOPE OF WORK
1. Builds clear and easy-understood career paths for key positions.
2. Evaluates and selects talents from departments and security teams to train and develop them as future key positions.
3. Recruits candidates for key positions in assigned locations; Gives orientation, trains and develops them to work efficiently for the company.
4. Advises management team regarding to employee retention efforts.
5. Monitors applicant logs and ensures appropriate selection criteria are established for each open position.
6. Builds appropriate training program that fit with relevant individual position.
Yêu cầu công việc
Education / Experience: Bachelor’s Degree and above in related field. Three or more years of progressively responsible similar experience. Excellent English in 4 skills and excellent office computer skills are prior advantages.
Competencies (as demonstrated through experience, training, and / or testing)
• Knowledge of recruiting practices, techniques and sources
• Thorough understanding of standard office procedures and practices
• Use of personal computer and standard office productivity software, including word processing and spreadsheet applications

Quyền lợi
Salary range: from 20,000,000 VND to 25,000,000 VND.
Increased salary by performance and full commitment to the regime for employees in accordance with current legislation (social insurance, health insurance, …).
Half-Saturday, Sunday and public holidays as prescribed.

Nhiều nhân viên đã từng bước đi lên từ vị trí Nhân viên Bảo vệ trở thành các vị trí Chỉ huy, Quản lý, Giám đốc chi nhánh trong công ty.
Hiện nay chúng tôi đang cần tuyển Nhân viên Bảo vệ tại nhiều tỉnh thành với các tiêu chí sau: Quyền lợi công việc:
- Thu nhập hấp dẫn từ 7-11 triệu / tháng, có hỗ trợ chỗ ở miễn phí.
- Được tham gia bảo hiểm đầy đủ : BHXH, BHYT, BHTN, BH tai nạn, BH nằm viện,....
- Được thưởng tháng 13, Xét thi đua theo quy chế công ty.
- Tăng lương theo thâm niên hàng năm.
- Có đầy đủ 14 ngày phép / năm.
- Có phụ cấp nếu biết tiếng Anh.
- Được đào tạo và cấp chứng chỉ theo đúng tiêu chuẩn của C64 Bộ Công An
- Nhận lương qua thẻ ATM vào đúng ngày 5 hàng tháng.
- Không thu bất cứ khoản phí nào của nhân viên khi ứng tuyển.
