Mô tả công việc
1. Human Resources, Labor Relations & General Affairs Management
- Lead and evaluate overall HR strategies, including performance appraisal systems, labor compliance, recruitment, compensation & benefits, and general administrative functions.
- Directly manage, mentor, and supervise the HR/GA Manager (a Japanese speaker) and their team to build an efficient corporate division.
2. Accounting Department Oversight (General Administration)
- Monitor the attendance, general workflow, and overall performance of the Accounting team (2 members).
- Act as the primary administrative supervisor for the team.
*Note: The Accounting Manager does not speak Japanese. Hands-on bookkeeping, tax filing, or technical financial knowledge is not required for this role, as the team operates independently on technical matters. The GM will mainly support their general administration and reporting line.
3. Governance & Cross-border Communication
- Serve as the direct liaison with the Japanese Headquarters for corporate reporting (conducted in Japanese).
- Manage communication and regulatory windows with provincial authorities in Dong Nai Province (where the company registration is held), handled as required.
- Review and evaluate legal frameworks and commercial contracts in English, collaborating closely with the Legal Department at the Japan HQ for guidance.

Minimum Qualifications (Must Have)】
- Professional Experience:10+ years of solid working experience in Human Resources, General Affairs, or Corporate Administration.
- Management Track Record: Proven leadership experience managing teams and supervising corporate administrative functions.
- Language Proficiency:Japanese native or JLPT N2 level or above (Essential for direct reporting and seamless technical communication with Japan HQ).
- Basic Literacy: General understanding of corporate workflows (ability to manage non-Japanese speaking staff and handle basic administrative approvals).
- Target Profile: Mature leadership with seasoned decision-making capabilities (A candidate around 45+ years old with extensive experience is preferred to align with the current organizational structure).
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)】
- Accounting Knowledge: Practical knowledge or background in accounting, tax, or finance is a strong plus (to better facilitate communication with the accounting team).
- English Proficiency: Intermediate business English skills sufficient for reading, interpreting, and validating legal contracts. (Full support will be provided by the Japanese HQ Legal Division).

- Mức lương: 50,000,000 – 55,000,000 VND (GROSS) – thương lượng theo năng lực & kinh nghiệm.
