Mô tả công việc

Payroll and compensation Governance:

  • Lead end - to - end payroll preparation and validation (gross- to -net review)
  • Coordinate payroll vendor and accounting team for salary disbursement
  • Ensure accurate calculation of salary adjustments, OT, bonuses, PIT and social insurance
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of compensation data
  • Establish payroll internal control framework and segregation of duties

Labor compliance and Risk Management

  • Develop and maintain internal labor regulations and compensation policies
  • Ensure compliance with Vietnam Labor Code 2019 and related regulations
  • Handle discipline procedures and labor dispute cases
  • Liaise with labor authorities and social insurance agencies

HR Operation

  • Manage recruitment and onboarding process
  • Implement digital Timesheet and payroll application
  • Maintain personnel files and HR documentation
  • Coordinate performance review cycles and HR reporting to HQ

Talent Acquisition

  • Lead recruitment for opening jobs
  • Support hiring for data management roles related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central 
  • Build talent pipeline for critical finance and system related roles 

HRIS and HR Global Projects (SAP SucessFactors)

  • Act as Vietnam HR representative in SAP SucessFactors implementation 
  • Support HR date immigration and validation
  • Participate in UAT Testing and workflow configuration 
  • Coordinate User training and change management locally
  • Maintain HR data governance and system integrity

                                                       

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor Degree in HR, Business Administration, Law or related fields
  • 5-8 years of HR experience, including minimum 3 years handling payroll directly
  • Experience in SME or multi-entity environment (50 -150 Employees preferred)       
  • Strong knowledge of Vietnam Labor Law and social insurance regulations
  • Experiencing in HRIS System (SAP SucessFactors preferred) 
  • Participation in HR system implementation or ERP/HRIS project as key user       
  • Business level English (spoken and written)
  • Strong compliance mindset, high integrity and structured thinking
