Manage employee records, labor contracts, and related HR
procedures.
Coordinate and carry out recruitment processes for the factory.
Conduct orientation and training sessions on internal
regulations and labor laws for employees.
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by HR manager.
College degree or higher in Human Resources Management,
Administration, Economics, or related fields.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
Basic English communication skills.
Honest, detail-oriented, good communication skills, and
eager to learn.
2–3 years of work experience in manufacturing companies or
the garment industry.
- Salary: 10.000.000 - 12.000.000 VNĐ
