HR Officer

• Recruitment
  - Execute recruitment for assigned positions in line with manpower plans and school policies
  - Partner with Line Managers to finalize job descriptions and identify hiring needs
  - Manage sourcing, screening, interviews, candidate communication, and offer processes
  - Build talent pipelines and strengthen employer branding initiatives
• Expat Formalities
  - Handle expatriate work permit, visa, TRC, and immigration procedures
  - Coordinate with employees, vendors, and authorities to ensure timely compliance
  - Monitor renewals and ensure compliance with labor and immigration regulations
• HR Administration & Operations
  - Manage onboarding, contracts, employee records, and HR documentation
  - Support HR reporting, compliance checks, and daily administrative operations
  - Coordinate HR systems, internal events, and assigned HR projects
• Employee Relations & Development
  - Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and workplace concerns
  - Support employee engagement, disciplinary processes, and offboarding
  - Coordinate induction and training programs for non-academic staff

- Experience in recruitment and HR operations
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with expatriate legal procedures is a strong advantage
- Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset
- Good command of English
