HR Specialist

Job Overview:
The HR Specialist is responsible for managing HR compliance and core HR operations, ensuring strict adherence to Vietnamese Labor Law and internal company policies.
This role focuses primarily on payroll accuracy, labor contracts, social insurance administration, disciplinary processes, and overall HR governance. The position plays a key role in maintaining workforce discipline, legal compliance, and operational stability in a lean organizational structure.
Culture, training, and administrative matters are supportive responsibilities, coordinated with the Admin and Operations teams when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Compliance & C&B
- Ensure full compliance with Vietnamese Labor Law, Social Insurance, and PIT regulations
- Manage labor contracts, renewals, and termination processes
- Oversee monthly payroll, PIT, and social insurance contributions
- Maintain HR documentation and ensure payroll accuracy
- Monitor salary structure and internal equity
- Coordinate and handle disciplinary cases in accordance with legal requirements
- Recruitment and Talent Development:
- Lead recruitment for key and mid-level positions
- Coordinate the hiring process with department managers
- Ensure structured onboarding and probation review
- Support workforce planning discussions with the CEO
- Daily HR Operations:
- Execute performance review cycle (KPI/OKR coordination)
- Handle employee relations matters with a compliance focus
- Provide HR reports to the direct manager
4. Support & Coordination (Administration, Culture & Training)
- Coordinate with Admin and Operations teams to ensure smooth office and HR-related administrative processes
- Support internal engagement activities and company events when required
- Assist in implementing training plans and tracking development activities
- Ensure administrative documentation aligns with company policies and compliance requirements
- Perform other tasks assigned by the line manager
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 3-5 years of HR experience with strong exposure to: C&B, labor compliance, recruitment
- Solid knowledge of the Vietnamese Labor Law
- Experience in an SME environment preferred
- Strong attention to detail, accountability, and confidentiality
