HR Supervisor

1. Establish and develop a high quality and efficiency HR department to meet requirement of tremendous
development and rapid expansion of the company.
2. Manage the whole HR department to ensure the HR department effectively serve for the needs of the
entire organization
3. Lead organization-wide HR programs and initiatives such as salary review, manpower planning, change
management and performance management programs ect to improve the satisfaction of employees.
4. Calculate the salary every month and ensure the salary to be paid timely, and individual tax declaration
5. Administration affairs such as assets management, administration reception…
6. Maintain a good relationship with the local government.
7. Organize employee activities, establish company culture, improve employee’s satisfaction.
8. Other tasks assigned by Plant Manager.
9. Detailed work will be discussed in the interview process.
10. With a solid theoretical basic of human resource management; familiar with the local law and policy
about labor contract, salary policy, employment and social benefits, etc…
